Preparing your order
Books, prints, cards, and paper goods
These objects are packed by Vapor & Bloom and ship within 5–7 business days of your order. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. This is our preparation window; the carrier’s delivery time comes afterward.
Made-to-order shirts
Shirts are printed for your order and sent directly by our printing partner. After our partner receives your order, there is a 24-hour processing window before automatic submission for printing. Production then typically takes 2–7 business days, followed by the carrier’s delivery time. Availability and busy periods can affect production.
Shirts ship separately from books, prints, and paper goods. If your order includes both, expect separate packages that may arrive on different days.
When your purchase includes both groups, you pay once at checkout and receive a separate order confirmation for each shipment group.
If we cannot ship within the stated timeframe, we will contact you with an updated estimate and the option to agree to the delay or cancel the unshipped items for a refund.
Where we ship
We currently ship within the United States. International shipping, including Canada, is not available at this time.
Your shipping charge is shown at checkout before payment. Separate packages may arrive at different times; the checkout total shows what you will pay for shipping.
If an object is not the right fit
Books, prints, cards, and other paper goods
Contact us within 14 calendar days of delivery to request a return. Items must be unused, unmarked, and in their original condition. Sets must be returned complete.
Please contact us before mailing a return. Once approved, send it within 14 calendar days of approval, packed to protect it on the journey back. We will provide the return address and instructions.
For a change-of-mind return, you are responsible for return postage, and the original shipping charge is not refundable.
We will issue an eligible refund to your original payment method within 5 business days of receiving and inspecting the return. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post it.
Made-to-order shirts
Because each shirt is printed for your order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind or an incorrectly selected size or color. Please review the size chart before ordering.
This does not apply to a shirt that arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered. If that happens, please get in touch so we can help.
If something arrives wrong
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as you can with your order number and clear photographs of the issue and packaging. We will help arrange a replacement or refund and cover any necessary return postage. Please wait for our instructions before sending anything back.
If a package appears lost or does not arrive as expected, contact us with your order number so we can help investigate.
Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have under applicable law.
